A pair of Deutsches Jungvolk (DJ) and Bund Deutscher Mädel (BDM) oil paintings, the former depicting a company of DJ members at leisure along a riverbank, with one member clutching a DJ standard flag and another blowing a bugle, with a details cityscape visible on the opposite side of the river, set within a period original dark brown wooden frame, stamped on the reverse with a green ink mark of “444”, measuring 270 mm (w) x 230 mm (h) overall, in extremely fine condition; the latter depicting a company of BDM members at leisure on a hilltop directly opposite the Berghof, set within a period original dark brown wooden frame, stamped on the reverse with a green ink mark of “443”, retaining a magnetic metal suspension loop, measuring 270 mm (w) x 230 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
