In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

                          Description
(Heer Tropen Kradmantel M41). An extremely well-preserved Heer motorcyclist’s M41 tropical coat, constructed of a heavy olive-drab cotton cloth. It features a turned-down collar which transitions into flared and tapering breast lapels. An integral strap set into the left side of the collar meets a bakelite button set into the right for a secure closure against sand and inclement weather. The cuff of each sleeve features a short vertical slit and integral strap perforated with a single reinforced buttonhole, in turn meeting two pebbled non-magnetic metal buttons for an adjustable fit. Two side pockets flanked the waistband, each closing with a scalloped vertical flap perforated with a reinforced buttonhole, in turn meeting pebbled non-magnetic metal buttons. A unique lapel closure consists of two non-magnetic metal buttons meeting reinforced buttonholes on their opposite sides, with two additional straps, similarly perforated with reinforced buttonholes, meeting buttons of identical construction. A layer of olive-drab cotton twill reinforces the interior upper back. The interior is stamped with a partially-legible maker’s mark that appears to read “HEINRICH SCHLUCKEBIER” or “HEINRICH SCHLUCKSBIER”, above size dimensions. The coat measures approximately 50 cm across the shoulders, with an arm length of 64 cm, and an overall length of 128 cm. Demonstrating only minor signs of material fatigue consistent with age and field use, this coat remains in an extremely fine condition.
