An Infantry Assault Badge, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, diagonally across the badge is a Karabiner 98k with the bayonet attached to the front of the barrel and the carrying sling hanging from the rifle, the reverse with a raised crimped barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 47.02 mm (w) x 62.40 mm (h), weighing 22.5 grams, in better than very fine condition;
Accompanied by its award document, constructed of paper with black ink, dated 18 September 1944, measuring 147 mm (w) x 205 mm (h), age-appropriate material fatigue evident, in better than very fine condition;
A Wound Badge, Black Grade, constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 36.98 mm (w) x 44.25 mm (w), weighing 13.1 grams, in very fine condition;
Accompanied by its award document, constructed of paper with black ink, dated 18 August 1944 for wounds suffered on 8 August 1944, measuring 143 mm (w) x 202 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition;
