Description

(Der Stahlhelm Hosenträgergurt für Abteilungsleiter). Constructed of brown leather with a dark green wool underlay, with each end fastened into a loop culminating in a functional magnetic metal spring clip, in turn connecting to additional brown leather loops with magnetic metal D-rings, one end perforated with eyelets and bearing an embossed maker’s mark of “DER STAHLHOF, WIRTSCHAFTSABTEILUNG, MAGDEBURG”, the opposite end fastened with a Nationalsozialistischer Deutscher frontkämpfer-Bund - Der Stahlhelm (National Socialist German Combatants’ Federation - Der Stahlhelm (NSDFBSt) badge measuring 25 mm (w) x 28 mm (h), measuring 75 cm (as presented and exclusive of loops) x 2 cm (w) (indicating Abteilungsleiter issue as per the regulations of 1934), demonstrating only minor material fatigue, a scarce and superb example in extremely fine condition.
