Description
A unique miniature Order chain of four awards and decorations, the chain is constructed of 18kt Yellow gold and consists of sixteen links with a needle on either end, the chain with four awards and decorations, consisting of:
1. Denmark. An Order of Dannebrog. (Dannebrogordenen). Instituted in 1671 by Christian V. Constructed of silver, measuring 11.1 mm (w) x 25.0 mm (l).
2. Iceland. (Hin íslenska Fálkaorða). Instituted July 3rd, 1921. An Order of the Falcon. Constructed of silver gilt, measuring 13.3 mm (w) x 25.3 mm (l).
3. Italy. An Order of the Crown. (Ordine della Corona D’Italia). Instituted February 20th, 1868. Constructed of 18kt Yellow Gold, measuring 12.0 mm (w) x 13.9 mm (l).
4. Sweden. An Order of the North Star. (kungliga Nordstjärneorden). Institued February 23rd, 1748. Constructed of 18kt Yellow Gold, measuring 12.6 mm (w) x 20.9 mm (l).
An extraordinary example of a unique Miniature Order Chain of Four, with the enamels beautifully preserved, in overall better than very fine condition.
