In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Footnote: These three decorations represent distinct aspects of military recognition in Republican Cuba. The Long Service Medal was awarded for extended and faithful service in the armed forces. The National Reconciliation Medal commemorated the events of 4 September 1933, when the Sergeants’ Revolt led to a profound political transformation and the emergence of Fulgencio Batista as a central figure in Cuban public life. The Distinguished Service Medal was awarded for meritorious service and devotion to duty, and became one of the best-known service decorations of the Cuban Republic.
