(Distinción Armando Mestre) Armando Mestre Distinction, constructed in gilt metal with a portrait obverse and the reverse bearing the emblem of the Sindicato Nacional de la Industria de la Construcción, suspended from its original green, white, and red ribbon with an accompanying ribbon bar, measuring 30.4 mm wide by 35.1 mm tall overall.

2. (Orden de la Solidaridad El Mehdi Ben Barka) Mehdi Ben Barka Solidarity Order, constructed in bronze-coloured metal with an obverse portrait and the reverse bearing the emblem of OSPAAAL—Organización de Solidaridad de los Pueblos de África, Asia y América Latina, suspended from its red and yellow striped ribbon with an accompanying ribbon bar, measuring 32.3 mm wide by 36.6 mm tall overall.

3. (Distinción Fernando Chénard Piña) Fernando Chénard Piña Distinction, constructed in gilt metal with an obverse portrait and the reverse featuring the emblem of the Sindicato Nacional de Comercio, la Gastronomía y los Servicios, suspended from its black, white, and red ribbon, measuring 30 mm wide by 34.8 mm tall overall.

4. (Distinción Calixto García) Calixto García Distinction, constructed in bronze-coloured metal with an obverse portrait and a plain reverse, suspended from its blue, red, and yellow ribbon, measuring 30.7 mm wide by 34.9 mm tall overall.

5. (Distinción Elpidio Sosa González Primera Clase) Elpidio Sosa González First Class Distinction, constructed in gilt metal with an obverse portrait and the reverse bearing the emblem of the Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de Hotelería y Turismo, suspended from its red and white ribbon, measuring 30.7 mm wide by 35 mm tall overall.

6. (Medalla Camilo Ortega Saavedra) Camilo Ortega Saavedra Medal, constructed in silver-coloured metal with an obverse portrait and a plain reverse, suspended from its light blue and white ribbon with an accompanying ribbon bar, measuring 27.7 mm wide by 32.6 mm tall overall.

7. (Distinción Jesús Suárez Gayol) Jesús Suárez Gayol Distinction, constructed in gilt metal with an obverse portrait and the reverse bearing the emblem of the Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Industria Alimentaria, suspended from its green and red ribbon, measuring 30.5 mm wide by 35 mm tall overall.

The Mehdi Ben Barka Solidarity Order is associated with OSPAAAL, an internationalist organisation promoting anti-imperialist solidarity across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The remaining distinctions commemorate noted Cuban revolutionaries or recognise long service and merit within specific labour sectors including construction, commerce, tourism, hotel services, food industry labour.
