Ustasha NCO's Belt: upper bearing a repeating pattern of interlocking loops in maroon embroidery, on a gray wool base, supple Chamois leather backer, with a reddish-brown leather tab stitched in place to the underside, the tab previously with eleven rows of two holes each for length adjustment which has been adjusted by narrowing the width of the belt, cutting it through both rows of holes and adding a single third row of holes for length adjustment down the centre, the opposite end having been severed and missing its receiving clip, measuring 4.3 cm in width x 85 cm in length, the insertion end exhibiting extensive wear and fraying in the gray wool and is coming away from the body of the belt, thereby exposing the underlying structure, along with blackening present on the Chamois backer;
2. Croatian Officer's Brocade Belt: upper with a central band bearing a repeating pattern in red, white and blue embroidery, the remaining field of the upper in fine silvered bullion wire, with both edges incorporating a design of repeating interlocking loops, the gray wool backer stitched in place, with a reddish-brown leather tab stitched in place to the underside, the tab with with eleven rows of two holes each for length adjustment, the belt with two sliders with matching uppers to that of the belt, one of the sliders with an army green wool tab affixed to its underside, the other slider with an army green cotton strap securing it in place, measuring 41 mm in width x 136 cm in length, exhibiting scattered mothing on the gray wool underside, the one end missing its aluminum receiving clip, as separation has taken place in the belt at that end, discolouration evident on both sliders. Together, near fine.
