A pair of Officer grade belts, including:
1. An Ustaše Officer’s belt, constructed of a slate-grey wool blended base with a suede underlay, the obverse topped by a maroon threaded tresse braided into a classic Croatian trefoil pattern, the reverse retaining a brown leather tongue perforated with eleven sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable fit (two absent their second eyelet), the opposite end stitched with a magnetic metal buckle, the tongue end stamped with an ink number “2645” and an additional depot mark, measuring 4.5 cm (w) x 120 cm (l), demonstrating moderate soiling and material fatigue, in better than very fine condition.
2. A Croatian Defence Force Officer’s Belt, constructed of slate-grey wool, the obverse topped by a silver aluminum wire tresses bearing machine-embroidered designs along both the top and bottom edges, bisected by an additional red, white, and blue Croatian national tresse through the mid-section, one end retaining two sliding loops of identical construction and stitched with an aluminum buckle, the opposite end featuring a reverse brown leather tongue perforated with 11 sets of eyelets for an adjustable fit (two absent their second eyelet), the tongue end bearing an illegible stamped mark, measuring 4.5 cm (w) x 124 cm (l), demonstrating moderate soiling and material fatigue (the former including mothing), in very fine condition.
