Second War Trio: Canadian Volunteer Service Medal (in silver, measuring 18.3 mm in diameter); War Medal 1939-1945 (in silver, measuring 18.7 mm in diameter); and Canadian Forces' Decoration, George VI (in silver gilt, measuring 18.5 mm (w) x 28.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension). Mounted to a suspension with swing bar pinback, as worn by the veteran, residue evident on the obverse of the CFD from cleaning, original ribbons.

Second War Group of Five: Defence Medal (in silver, measuring 18.5 mm in diameter); Canadian Volunteer Service Medal with Overseas Clasp (in silver, measuring 18.5 mm in diameter); War Medal 1939-1945 (in silver, measuring 19 mm in diameter); Queen Elizabeth II Coronation Medal 1953 (in silver, measuring 18 mm in diameter); and Canadian Forces' Decoration, QEII (in bronze gilt, measuring 18.5 mm (w) x 27.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension). Court-mounted with swing bar pinback, as worn by the veteran, silvering wear on the QEIICM, greening present on the DM and CFD, original ribbons. Together, better than very fine. Accompanied by a Royal Canadian Air Force Certificate of Service (named to "2161 Flight Lieutenant Colin Martin Campbell CD", signed in blue ink by the recipient, the card issued on October 24, 1962, printed in red and black inks, on a white card stock, laminated, measuring 101 mm (w) x 63 mm (h)).
Footnote: 2161 Flight Lieutenant Colin Martin Campbell CD was born on July 10, 1913. He served for twenty-four years with the Royal Canadian Air Force, from April 26, 1937 to March 11, 1961 and was honourably discharged. As stated on his certificate, Campbell was a recipient of the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, the War Medal 1939-1945 and the Canadian Forces' Decoration and clasp. He died on November 5, 1994, at the age of 81 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Saint John, Saint John County, New Brunswick.
