A privately curated second war period Royal Canadian Air Force (R.C.A.F) photo album, containing countless black-and-white photographs over twenty-three double-side pages (the remaining pages blank). The photographs depict servicemen during their training in several different parts of Canada, including Victoria, Toronto, and St. Thomas. It also includes a cloth patch from the RCAF station on Sea Island constructed of multi-coloured cloth and machine embroidery. The photographs are held in place via photo mounting corners with only a few loose. The album consists of black cardstock pages, along with thick, padded, outer cardstock covers with a black faux leather exterior, all held together via a set of dual strings knotted together at the front. The front cover features an airplane in the sky, embossed in silver-coloured ink. It measures 283 mm (w) x 185 mm (l), in overall better than very fine condition.
