A Royal Canadian Armoured Corps Officer's tunic, in standard olive/green wool, of fine manufacture, four button with all matching buttons throughout, matching collar set in pickled copper, right sleeve with Tank Corps patch, ribbon bar sewn above left breast pocket denoting overseas service in France & Germany, shoulders with matching brass Canada flashes as well as two pips denoting rank of Lieutenant, interior with makers label for Orth Limited of London, Ontario, with owners label inside right interior pocket " LT. K.R. Campbell, 27895, 7-5-44", exhibiting soiling from use however remains in extremely fine condition.
Together with the matching great coat, also manufactured by Orth Limited for Lt. Campbell, with corresponding rank pips, originally affixed CANADIAN ARMOURED CORPS shoulder flashes, interior of pocket with " LT. K. Campbell, 27896, 7-5-44" with silk interior and suede shoulder supports, all original buttons, minor interior soiling, near extremely fine.
Also accompanied by matching wedge cap with brass Canada buttons and white metal CANADA Armoured Corps cap badge, interior marked with size 7 3/4 and dated 1943, manufactured by National Hat MFG CO., also remains extremely fine.
