Produced by Buffalo Cap & Neckwear Ltd. of Winnipeg, Canada, this is breathable summer flying cap, size 4, similar to a British issue type E, manufactured in unlined tan cotton aertex and fitted with squat rubber carriers for the receivers. Two buckled straps and a central buckled strap at the back for goggle retention. Large felt covered ear 'donut' cushions inside. With a leather chin-cup, secured via buckles on each side. Externally wired, albeit with an internal type telephone cord (loom). This one is fitted with an excellent 'heavy gauge' cord, type 32 receivers, 2-pin microphone plug and black type 119 bell plug. A good, solid helmet, with minor mothing to interior ear cups, remains very fine.
