JOHNSTON, Capt., / Chaplain 160th Can. Inf. Bn." and dated "Christmas, 1917.", back cover entitled "CHAPLAINS OF THE FIFTH CANADIAN DIVISION" and listing the seventeen chaplains (one Major and sixteen Captains) associated with the 13th-14th-15th Brigades, Artillery, Reserve Artillery and Divisional Troops of the Fifth Division, printed in violet ink on a light purple paper stock, 112 mm (w) x 170 mm (h), lightly sunned along the spine outside and inside, near extremely fine.
