(ОРД.ЗА ГРАЖД.ЗАП. III.CT.). Instituted in 1891. Type II with Imperial Crown (1908-1944). In bronze gilt, a white enamelled arrow cross with oak leaves in each quadrant, rampant crowned lion in the center medallion, the reverse with the Bulgarian emblem, surmounted by an Imperial crown with internal red cap, measuring 54.50 mm (w) x 81.28 mm (h- inclusive of its Imperial crown suspension), together with ribbon, with minor enamel loss, near very fine. In its original case of issue, a red leatherette exterior with impressed cyrillic on the lid, the interior with a silk lid and black velvet recessed medal bed, with alteration to exterior, fair.
