(Decorations Belges et Congolaises). This is a fourth edition of Decorations Belges et Congolaises (Decorations of Belgium and the Congo), authored and edited by H. Quinot. It is constructed of a light card stock binding, with the exterior cover depicting a sketch of the Order of Leopold, circumscribed by author and title. The interior content consists of 195 paginated pages detailing the history of civil and military orders of Belgium and the Belgian Congo, supplemented by 25 plates bearing black-and-white photographs of the decorations. It was published in 1953, and measures 160 mm (w) x 238 mm (h). Material fatigue is evident, with some loosening of the binding, and the book is in an overall very fine condition.
