Austria, Imperial. A Long Service Cross, III Class and a Bravery Medal, I Class

Instituted July 19 1789. Type VIII (1914-1917). A I Class Silver Medal, in silver, the obverse features the best of Franz Joseph, the reverse bears the inscription DER TAPFERKEIT encircled by a wreath, measures 40 mm in diameter, marked A on rim denoting Vienna manufacture, worn the original red and white silk trifold ribbon with crossed sword device, light wear, ribbon tattered around suspension and at edges, swords bearing oxidation and rust, dark patina around edges, in very fine condition. 

Instituted September 19 1849. Type IV (1913-1918). A Military Long Service Decoration, III Class for Officers, featuring a bronze gilt cross with pebbled arms and a superimposed silver double headed eagle on the obverse, the reverse plain with a central rivet, measures 35 mm (w) x 38.5 mm (h), worn on original black and yellow tri fold ribbon, light wear, remains in very fine condition
