In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
Measuring 105x146mm, near extremely fine condition with scuffing and creasing of the cover. It is dated to Berlin-Charlottenburg on December 2, 1936.
Footnote: Oskar Adolf Chust was born on November 18, 1910 in Graudenz (modern day Grudziądz, northern Poland). Initially he served only between June and September 1933. Only as late as January 1942 was he drafted again, being placed in the Field Replacement Battalion 8. Only three months later Chust apparently fell ill, was wounded, or had an accident. He spent the next month in a Convalescent Company, before briefly being placed in the 3rd Company of Schützen Replacement Battalion (mot.) 8. Chust was then deployed to the 6th Company of Schützen Regiment 8, later renamed Panzer Grenadier Regiment 8. He was promoted to Panzerobergrenadier (Senior Panzer Grenadier) on October 1, 1942. All that is known about his time in the field is that he fought on the Eastern Front. Chust died on December 9, 1942 on a Hauptverbandplatz (main dressing station) in Russia.
