The sender is No. 56383 B. The letter B stands for a certain company or battalion. The number is that of the Stab u. 1.-3. Kompanie Feldersatzbataillon 702 (Staff and 1st to 3rd company field replacement battalion), which was part of the 702nd infantry division.
