In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Excerpts from a Conference held March 23, 1945, in the Führer Residence, Berlin. 4 pages, with 3 pages of English translation. They measure 209x295mm and 216x279mm, respectively. The original German transcript is in very fine condition, with folding creases, fraying around the edges, water spots, and minor tears. The English translation is in better than very fine condition, with age spots, and faded letters in some parts. During the conference, AH talks with several men about his problems arming German divisions due to a lack of weapons, while divisions made up of foreigners, like Ukrainians or Indians, have more weapons than they need. Hitler demands to know if these units are actually good for anything, or if they should be disarmed to give their weapons to German divisions. Unfortunately, nobody seems to have sufficient information to confirm or deny their worth. AH's discussion partners are: Johannes Göhler, Wilhelm Burgdorf, Ulrich de Maizière, and Heinrich Borgmann.
Footnote: SS-Sturmbannführer Johannes Göhler (1918–2003) was a recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross. He served with the 8th SS Cavalry Division “Florian Geyer”. General der Infanterie Wilhelm Burgdorf (1895–1945) was a recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross. He served as a commander and staff officer. In 1944, he became Chief Adjutant to AH. Burgdorf was also one of the men that pressured Field Marshal Erwin Rommel to commit suicide, when he was implicated in the 20 July plot to assassinate AH. General Ulrich de Maizière (1912–2006) served in the General Staff of the Supreme Command of the Wehrmacht. Colonel Heinrich Borgmann (1912–1945) was a recipient of the Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. He was seriously injured during the 20 July plot to assassinate AH.
