What's a max bid?

Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member's Badge, Type I with Britannia (in silver, measuring 21.8 mm (w) x 29 mm (h)); 1914-15 Star (in bronze, measuring 20 mm (w) x 24.5 mm (h)); British War Medal (in silver, measuring 17.7 mm in diameter); Victory Medal with MID Oak Leaf (in bronze, measuring 17.8 mm in diameter); Canadian Volunteer Service Medal (in silver, measuring 18.3 mm in diameter); and War Medal 1939-1945 (in silver, measuring 18. 5 mm in diameter). Mounted to a suspension with swing bar pinback, as worn by the veteran, original ribbons, the OBE on its 2nd type military ribbon, dark patinas on the silver awards, extremely fine. In a hardshelled presentation case, lacquered simulated leather exterior, maker marked "SPINK & SON Ltd" on the white satin inside lid, black velvet medal bed, scuffing evident on the exterior, non-function push release, case fine.
