What's a max bid?

Russia (Imperial); Each epaulette incorporating stiff frames, uppers in a fine silver-coloured bullion wire, one epaulette with two brass stars on one oval cap, the other without stars on the oval cap but are silhouetted, the star positions flanking the silhouetted crowned cypher of Tsar Nicholas II on both oval caps, the crescent ridge of the protruding wide oval caps trimmed in four rows of silvered copper wire, in various textures, with two narrow ridges of wire on top and one on the outer edge flanking a wide band of alternating angled wire, the extensions covered in six scalloped metal plates and housing a brass button at the neck end illustrating the Russian two-headed eagle coat-of-arms, along with a brass star at the end butting the oval cap, one epaulette with a fabric band attached, each with undersides in white wool, the underside of the one without stars on the oval cap numbered in black ink "40736195", each with white wool securing straps and cotton ties, one of the ties being a replacement, the one with two stars on the oval cap measuring 118 mm wide, the other with no stars on the oval cap measuring 123 mm wide, both measuring 186 mm in length.
