What's a max bid?

A Latvian Officer's Parade Dress Belt with Buckle - 1930s; Buckle has a bronze base, with a gilt insignia overlaying a blue enamelled centrepiece, 55.5 mm, attached to a navy blue embroidered belt, with two repeating rows of yellow bars and trimmed in yellow on either, running the full length of the belt, maker label inscribed "AKC SAB A. Ratfelders RIGA" sewn on the navy blue cloth backer, belt measuring 50 mm x 840 mm, blue enamel chipping evident on the centrepiece of the buckle, belt exhibiting fabric interruptions on the embroidered obverse and extensive wear on the cloth reverse from active use, near very fine.
