(LT. COMMR. R.V. Southwell. R.N.V.R.) Naming is officially impressed, heavily bruised, fair. Footnote: Southwell served in the Royal Navy,, Army as well as the Royal Flying Corps during the First World War. A professor later in life, he is well documented. Interestingly, he was an advisor in designing the ill-fated R101.
