The collection consists of three documents: an appointment document to president of a Reich railway administration (208x297mm, extremely fine); an appointment document to construction councillor with signature of King of Prussia, Wilhelm II (211x330mm, better than very fine); an appointment document to Knight 2nd Class of the Order of the White Falcon with signature of Grand Duke of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach, Wilhelm Ernst (209x332mm, better than very fine).
The appointment document to president of a Reich railway administration was issued by the administrative council of the German Reich railway company. It is dated to Berlin on January 27, 1931 and signed in black ink by the director general, Julius Dorpmüller (1869–1945).
The appointment document to Regierungs- und Baurat (construction councillor) is named to Regierungsbaumeister (government master builder) Heinrich August Ernst Wilhelm Meinecke in Berlin. It is dated to April 17, 1915 and signed in pencil by Wilhelm II, King of Prussia. Next to his signature is the embossed royal seal, and below it a second signature in black ink, which is illegible.
The Order of the White Falcon document states that Wilhelm Ernst, Grand Duke of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach has appointed the royal railway construction and company inspector Heinrich Meinecke, chairman of company inspection Erfurt I, to Knight 2nd Class of the Order of the White Falcon. It is dated to March 30, 1910 and is signed by Wilhelm Ernst in black ink. Next to the signature is the embossed royal seal. Below his signature is the one by the order’s chancellor in black ink, the name is illegible.
