In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
A superb medal bar to a distinguished combatant of the Spanish Civil War featuring three decorations, including:
1. A Spanish Order of Military Merit, I Class Cross, constructed of gilded bronze with multi-coloured enamels, consisting of a Geneva Cross, the obverse with red enameled arms, overlaid by a central enameled disc bearing a Castilian coat of arms, the twelve o’clock arm topped by a crown and loop connecting to a period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 35.00 mm (w) x 47.35 mm (h), demonstrating minor chipping and flecking throughout the enamels with evidence of a repair to the reverse nine o’clock arm, in better than very fine condition.
2. A Medal for the Campaign of 1936-1939, constructed of gilded and patinated bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, unmarked, measuring 37.05 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
3. A German Eagle Order, V Class Cross with Swords, constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross with white enameled arms, joined through the quadrants by NSDAP-style German national eagles clutching wreathed mobile swastikas on white enameled discs, the obverse overlaid across the three and nine o’clock arms with a pair of crossed swords, the twelve o’clock arm topped by a fan suspension culminating in an eyelet and ring connecting to a period original ribbon, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of a manufacture by C.F. Zimmermann, Pforzheim, measuring 44.72 mm (w) x 50.36 mm (h), demonstrating minor flecking and scratching to the enamels, in extremely fine condition.
All suspended from a classic Spanish-style gilded brass bar, measuring 95 mm in length and featuring a horizontal pinback.
