(Орден Красной Звезды). A lot of four Orders of the Red Star, Type II, including:

1. One constructed of silver with enamels, consisting of a five-pointed star, the obverse with red enamelled arms, bearing a central medallion overlaid by a Red Army soldier in full uniform and clutching a rifle, surrounded by a border bearing a raised Russian Cyrillic inscription of “ПРОЛЕТАРИИ ВСЕХ СТРАН, СОЕДИНЯЙТЕСЬ!” (“WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!”), joined together at the bottom by initials “СССР” (“USSR”), situated above a hammer and sickle the reverse with a central threaded lug retaining an original backplate, etched with an issue number “114149” maker marked “МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР” for the State Mint, measuring 47.54 mm (w) x 46.28 mm (h), weighing 37.6 grams, in near extremely fine condition.

2. One constructed of silver with enamels, consisting of a five-pointed star, the obverse with red enamelled arms, bearing a central medallion overlaid by a Red Army soldier in full uniform and clutching a rifle, surrounded by a border bearing a raised Russian Cyrillic inscription of “ПРОЛЕТАРИИ ВСЕХ СТРАН, СОЕДИНЯЙТЕСЬ!” (“WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!”), joined together at the bottom by initials “СССР” (“USSR”), situated above a hammer and sickle the reverse with a central threaded lug retaining an original backplate, etched with an issue number “159483” maker marked “МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР” for the State Mint, measuring 48.42 mm (w) x 46.47 mm (h), weighing 41.2 grams, in near extremely fine condition.

3. One constructed of silver with enamels, consisting of a five-pointed star, the obverse with red enamelled arms, bearing a central medallion overlaid by a Red Army soldier in full uniform and clutching a rifle, surrounded by a border bearing a raised Russian Cyrillic inscription of “ПРОЛЕТАРИИ ВСЕХ СТРАН, СОЕДИНЯЙТЕСЬ!” (“WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!”), joined together at the bottom by initials “СССР” (“USSR”), situated above a hammer and sickle the reverse with a central threaded lug retaining an original backplate, etched with an issue number “392632” maker marked “МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР” for the State Mint, measuring 47.28 mm (w) x 45.67 mm (h), weighing 33.2 grams, demonstrating chips to the enamels of two arms, in very fine condition.

4. One constructed of silver with enamels, consisting of a five-pointed star, the obverse with red enamelled arms, bearing a central medallion overlaid by a Red Army soldier in full uniform and clutching a rifle, surrounded by a border bearing a raised Russian Cyrillic inscription of “ПРОЛЕТАРИИ ВСЕХ СТРАН, СОЕДИНЯЙТЕСЬ!” (“WORKERS OF THE WORLD, UNITE!”), joined together at the bottom by initials “СССР” (“USSR”), situated above a hammer and sickle the reverse with a central threaded lug retaining an original backplate, etched with an issue number “3269004” maker marked “МОНЕТНЫЙ ДВОР” for the State Mint, measuring 47.73 mm (w) x 46.08 mm (h), weighing 38.9 grams, in near extremely fine condition.

5. An award booklet, constructed of a card stock binding with paginated interior pages, featuring handwritten entries for four awards of the Order of the Red Star, each presented with award numbers matching to the accompanying badges, dated 1 November 1942 through 19 September 1946, measuring 70 mm (w) x 100 mm (h), the opening page with recipient information has been glued together, a scarce accompaniment to a multiple recipient of the Order of the Red Star for Second World War service, in very fine condition.
