1. A Black Grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central raised Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a clip hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 36.82 mm (w) x 44.22 mm (h), weighing 12.6 grams, demonstrating near-total loss of black finish in addition to some bending of the pinback, in fair condition.
2. A Silver Grade Wound Badge, constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, with a central raised Stahlhelm overlaid by a mobile swastika, on top of crossed swords on a pebbled field, the reverse with a raised barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, maker marked with LDO code “L/13” for Paul Meybauer, Berlin, measuring 36.46 mm (w) x 43.83 mm (h), weighing 25.8 grams, demonstrating total loss of silver finish, in very fine condition.
3. An Infantry Assault Badge, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, diagonally across the badge is a Karabiner 98k rifle with the bayonet attached and the carrying sling hanging from the rifle, the reverse with a ball hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked with the logo of Metall und Kunststoff, Gablonz, measuring 47.66 mm (w) x 62.02 mm (h), weighing 26.6 grams, demonstrating near-total loss of silver finish, in very fine condition.
4. A General Assault Badge, constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, around a central Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, above a crossed bayonet and stick grenade, the reverse with a crimped hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked “FRANK & REIF, STUTTGART”, measuring 41.55 mm (w) x 52.16 mm (h), demonstrating near-total loss of silver finish, in very fine condition.
