(Abzeichen). A mixed lot of badges, including:
1. A 1933 Düsseldorf, National Socialist Craft, Trade and Business Organization (NS-HAGO) regional day badge, constructed of silvered brass, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
2. A 1935 Gau Westfalen-Nord meeting badge, constructed of magnetic metal, horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 35 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
3. A Winterhilfswerk 1938-39 Day of the Wehrmacht campaign donation badge, constructed of magnetic metal, vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 48 mm in diameter, demonstrating some surface oxidation and a repair to the pinback, in very fine condition.
4. A 1939 SA-Gruppe Hessen combat games badge, constructed of silvered and pressed card stock, the reverse maker marked “PAULMANN & CRONE, LÜDENSCHEID”, with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code of “M9/60” for the same, measuring 40 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), missing its pinback, in very fine condition.
6. A Reich Labour Service of Female Youth (RADwJ) service badge, constructed of aluminum, horizontal pinback, the reverse maker marked with the logo of F.W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid, with a manufacture date of “38”, measuring 42 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
7. A small medallion, constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised profile of Ferdinand von Zeppelin, flanked by name, circumscribed by an inscription of “ZIEL ERKANNT - KRAFT GESPANNT!” (“DESTINATION KNOWN - POWER INTENSE!”), the reverse bearing a raised depiction of an airship flying against a Mainz skyline, circumscribed by an inscription indicating that the medallion was issued to commemorate the 1908 flight of LZ. 4, measuring 33 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
