(Auszeichnungen und Insignien). A mixed lot of awards and insignia, including:
1. A Civil Service 25-Year Faithful Service Award, constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, on loop for suspension from a period replacement ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with pebbled arms joined through the quadrants by a circular oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a central black enameled swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 42.34 mm (w) x 46.83 mm (h), weighing 21.1 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
2. An Honour Cross of the German Mother, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original shortened ribbon, consisting of a Latin Cross with its arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms, bearing a white enameled disc overlaid by a black swastika, circumscribed by a raised inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse bearing an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a signature of the Führer, unmarked, measuring 35.47 mm (w) x 45.47 mm (h), weighing 14.4 grams, demonstrating some surface scratching and chipping to the enamels, in better than very fine condition.
3. Two Heer EM/NCO visor cap eagles, constructed of aluminum, the reverse of each retaining all attachment prongs, one maker marked, both measuring approximately 68 mm (w) x 28 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
4. A political visor cap eagle, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining all three attachment prongs, marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/44” for C. Dinsel, Berlin, measuring 68 mm (w) x 35 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
5. A National Socialist War Victims Care (NSKOV) visor cap eagle, constructed of aluminum, the reverse retaining two of three attachment prongs, unmarked, measuring 66 mm (w) x 26 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
