Germany, Third Reich. A Lot of Photos Depicting Kesselring and von Falkenhausen with Japanese Officials

(Fotos). A lot of 23 wartime photos, most stamped on the reverse with the mark of the German Propaganda Department in occupied Belgium, alongside the dedication of photographer P.K. Kropf, some with reverse handwritten inscriptions indicating that the images were taken at a reception for Japanese military officials at the Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels on 27 May 1941, with several shots of Generalfeldmarschall Albert Kesselring and General Alexander von Falkenhausen (the latter in his capacity of Military Governor for Belgium), with other individuals also identified through handwritten captions, supplemented by one photo of a Heer NCO (identified on the reverse as Paul Meuke) who was present in Belgium from 1940 until 1940 (and likely involved in the reception) and who was later killed in action, a fascinating and candid look at an Axis reception featuring notable Wehrmacht personnel in overall extremely fine condition.
