Germany, Third Reich. A Grouping of Six Commemorative and Patriotic Badges

(Sechs Erinnerungsabzeichen). A grouping of six third reich period commemorative and patriotic badges, including:

1) An A.H. Elections badge, constructed of gilded magnetic metal, with a vertical pinback, measuring approximately 28 mm in diameter. 

2) A 1939 “Day of German Craftsmanship” badge, constructed of silvered zink, with a horizontal pinback, marked “Tag des Deutschen Handwerks 1939” (Day of German Craftsmanship 1939) on the reverse, measuring 33 mm in diameter. 

3) A 1939 Reich Colonial Conference in Vienna badge, constructed of silvered feinzink, with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 50 mm (l). 

4) A 1939 HJ Reich Sport Competition Badge, constructed of pressed paper, with a horizontal pinback, unmarked, measuring 38 mm in diameter. 

5) A 1913 Bromberg Veteran’s Day badge, of silvered, gilded, and enameled bronze, with the horizontal pinback broken off, unmarked, measuring 30 mm in diameter. 

6) A 1936 Trier Veterans and War Casualty Remembrance Day badge, in silvered bronze, with the horizontal pinback broken off, marked “C. Wagner  Jun, Oberstein” on the reverse. A fine grouping of commemorative and patriotic badges in overall near very fine condition.
