A rare 1940 Feldpost edition of Mein Kampf, constructed of a light card stock binding with a red canvas exterior liner, the cover bearing a title in gilded and embossed lettering, the spine bearing an additional title and author’s name in identical execution, the interior content consisting of 781 paginated pages featuring both volumes of the seminal biographical and ideological text of AH and the NSDAP in clear Fraktur script, published in 1940 by Franz Eher Nachfolger, Munich (the official publishing house of the NSDAP), printed by Waldheim-Eberle Nachfolger Buchgewerbhaus M. Müller & Sohn, Vienna, wrapped in the remnants of an original wax paper liner, measuring 11 cm (w) x 16.5 cm (h), notably accompanied by a card stock Feldpost case, the exterior retaining an unspoiled Feldpost book label awaiting the addition of recipient details, demonstrating minor material fatigue through the case, a scarce example intended for distribution to Wehrmacht personnel in the field in overall extremely fine condition.
