(Медаља за заслуге Црвеног крста). Instituted September 19, 1912. Consisting of a circular bronze medal with a red enameled “Red Cross” on the obverse of the award, on a horizontally pierced ball and swivel ring for suspension from its period original ribbon, measuring 33.3 mm in diameter, weighing 19.04 grams, in near very fine condition.
Accompanied by a mismatched presentation case for an Order of the Yugoslav Crown, constructed of lightweight wooden core with a dark blue lightly textured faux leather exterior, the exterior of the lid embossed with “Jugoslovenska Kruna IV.” in gilt, with an intact and functional exterior metal hinge, with an intact interior fabric hinge cover, and functional exterior metal push-button closure, the interior of the lid embossed “Huguenin Frères & Co. of Le Locle Switzerland”, with a dark blue recessed medal bed for comfortable seating of the award, measuring 68 mm (w) x 127 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
