In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Footnote: The Order of Cultural Merit of Monaco, was instituted in 1952 by Prince Rainier III of Monaco to recognize outstanding contributions to the arts, literature and sciences within the principality and internationally. The decoration reflects Monaco’s longstanding commitment to cultural patronage and intellectual achievement, honouring individuals whose work has enhanced the cultural prestige of the principality. The crowned monogram “RM” on the reverse refers to Rainier III, who ruled Monaco from 1949 until 2005 and oversaw a significant cultural and economic transformation of the state during the twentieth century. The order continues to be awarded by the Principality of Monaco to individuals who have made notable contributions to cultural life.
