1. Second Empire: St. Helena Medal (Médaille de Sainte-Hélène). Instituted in 1857. In bronze, measuring 31.3 mm (w) x 48.2 mm (h), original ribbon, in its original cardboard box of issue, embossed with the French crowned eagle and inscribed "AUX COMPAGNONS DE GLOIRE DE NAPOLEON Ier. / DÉCRET IMPERIAL DE 12 AOUT 1857" on the lid.
2. Third Republic: Verdun Medal, Type II (Médaille de Verdun). Instituted in 1916. In bronze, engraver marked "VERNIER" on the obverse, measuring 26.7 mm in diameter, original ribbon with dual prong pinback, accompanied by its 37.8 mm (w) x 9 mm (h) ribbon bar, inits cardboard box of issue, inscribed in running script "Médaille de Verdun" on the lid.
3. Third Republic: Orient Campaign Medal (Médaille commémorative d'Orient). Instituted in 1926. In bronze, measuring 29.7 mm (w) x 50.5 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, replacement ribbon.
4. Fourth Republic: Commemorative Medal for Middle East Operations 1956 (Médaille commémorative des Opérations du Moyen-Orient 1956). Instituted in 1956. In bronze, measuring 28.5 mm (w) x 51 mm (h) inclusive of its wreath suspension, original ribbon.
5. Fourth Republic: Cross of the Resistance Volunteer Combatant (Croix du combattant volontaire de la Résistance). Instituted in 1954. In bronze gilt, measuring 34.2 mm (w) x 34 mm (h), original ribbon.
