In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
(Reservisten-Krug). An interesting commemorative reservist stein, constructed of glazed white porcelain, the exterior bearing a hand-painted Prussian Guards emblem, surrounded by a crown and standards, situated above ephemera including a shoulder strap bearing the cypher of Kaiser Alexander Garde-Grenadier-Regiment Nr. 1, and flanked by soldiers in full dress uniform (one of which is a drummer), situated between oak leaf wreaths wrapped in Imperial tri-colour ribbons and surrounded by patriotic inscriptions in Fraktur text, with the lower quarter bearing a dedication to “TAMB. FRIEDRICH SCHARKENBERG”, notably with an additional dedication for one year of volunteer military service from “CARL LANDESKROENER” of “1. COMP, KAISER ALEX. GARDE-GREN.-RGT. NO. 1”, with service rendered in Berlin from 1907-1908, the side with a protruding handle affixed with a pewter hinge and thumb piece in the form of a crowned imperial eagle, in turn connecting to a lid featuring raised military imagery and topped by a Heer soldier in full field gear toasting with a stein, open to reveal a lithograph in the base showing a soldier greeting a woman, unmarked, measuring 28 cm in total height, demonstrating some wear of the paint but with no notable chips, cracks, or other damage, a scarce double-dedicated example to a drummer, in near extremely fine condition.
