All three medals officially impressed to H.N.MARSHALL, comprising: Queen?s South Africa Medal, clasps: CC; OFS; JOHANNESBURG;DIAMOND HILL (152 PTE., R.CAN.DGNS.); King?s South Africa Medal, clasps S.A. 1901; S.A.1902 (AGENT, F.I.D.); British War Medal (CPL., S.A.S.C.M.T.). Minor edge bruising, very fine condition. Herbert Norman Marshall was born in Hampton Court, England. He lived in Montreal, Quebec, and Served with Royal Canadian Dragoons in South Africa from 28th. December 1899 - 16th. June 1900. Records indicate he was presented Q.S.A. Medal in 1901 by H.R.H. Marshall then joined Field Intelligence Department as an agent, receiving K.S.A. Medal. In 1909 Marshall applied in England for (Canadian) South African Volunteer Bounty. He remain in South Africa receiving British War Medal. Sold with copies of service records. Rare grouping to a Canadian.
