What's a max bid?

A Maltese cross in silver with pebbled arms, the obverse with a raised oak wreath with a mobile swastika in the center, the reverse with a similar raised oak wreath, dated 1939 in the center, marked 900 for silver content and 20 for C.F. Zimmermann on the bottom of the six o’clock arm, accompanied by a correct period original ribbon, measuring 53.70 mm (w) x 59.85 mm (h), weighing 30.1 grams, and in overall near mint condition.
