What's a max bid?

A ribbon bar presenting ribbons for six decorations including a 1914 Iron Cross, II Class, a Prussian Order of the Red Eagle, a Hanseatic Cross, a Prussian Kaiser Wilhelm Honour Medal, an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, for Surviving Widows and Parents, and a Prussian Military Long Service Decoration, all mounted to a magnetic medal bar, backed in field grey wool, with a horizontal pinback, measuring 170 mm in length, and in very fine condition.
