What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A very desirable Waffen-SS “Förderne Mitglieder” Lapel Stick pin; in gilt black enamels; 52 mm pin; maker marked “Deschler MCHN 9”, “Ges. Gesch”, and numbered “K23905” on reverse; measuring 19 mm x 15 mm; some gilt wear but overall very fine condition.

Footnote: A “Förderndes Mitglied der SS was an individual who did not formally join the Waffen-SS for active duty, but instead contributed financially to the organization on a monthly basis towards the work of the SS at their local SS headquarters. The SS-FM was organized by the SS Wirtschafts und Verwaltungshauptamt (SS Economic and Administrative Department). Each member was issued a lapel pin, a supporters I.D card, a contribution book, and starting 1934, members also received a monthly magazine, entitled FM-Zeitschrift, which was issued by the SS High Command.
