In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
United States; Airman's Medal (bronze, 35 mm, original ribbon with brooch pinback); United States Coast Guard Distinguished Service Medal (bronze gilt, 33.8 mm, original ribbon with brooch pinback, marked "LI-GI" on the pinback); and State of Colorado National Guard Active Service Medal (bronze, 31.5 mm, original ribbon with pinback, maker marked "W. & H. CO. / PAT. APPL'D FOR" on the pinback). Ranging from very fine to extremely fine.
Footnote: The Airman’s Medal was authorized on August 10, 1956 to replace the U.S. Army's Soldier's Medal which had also been awarded to qualifying Air Force personnel since September 26, 1947. The Airman’s Medal is a individual decoration of the United States Air Force. The medal was established on July 6, 1960 and is awarded to those service members or those of a friendly nation who, while serving in any capacity with the U.S. Air Force, distinguish themselves by a heroic act, usually at the voluntary risk of his or her life not involving actual combat. The saving of a life or the success of the voluntary heroic act is not essential. The Coast Guard Distinguished Service Medal is a personal decoration of the United States Coast Guard that was established on August 4, 1949. Prior to this date, members of the Coast Guard were eligible to receive the Navy Distinguished Service Medal. It is awarded to any member of the U.S. Coast Guard who distinguishes themselves by exceptionally meritorious service to the United States Government in a duty of great responsibility. The exceptional performance of duty must be clearly above what is normally expected and must have contributed materially to the success of a major command or project. The decoration is typically awarded to senior flag officers, such as the Commandant of the Coast Guard. However, this does not preclude the award of the medal to any person who meets the eligibility requirements. The State of Colorado National Guard Active Service Medal is awarded to any person who is or has served with the Colorado National Guard, in any campaign or period of active duty under call or order by the President of the United States.
