In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
(Heer Hose für Mannschaften der Panzertruppe). A well-preserved pair of trousers for Heer Panzer Troops, constructed of black wool. They feature an integral belt in the form of a black rayon canvas strap situated within the waistband, emerging on the right side to fit through a blackened magnetic metal clawed buckle on the left. Two side pockets are set into the upper thighs, both closing with scalloped diagonal flaps perforated with reinforced buttonholes, in turn meeting bakelite buttons. Two additional back pockets are set into the upper legs, with one featuring a scalloped flap with an identical button closure, and the other buttonless. A French fly closes with six hidden bakelite buttons meeting an equal number of reinforced buttonholes. Each ankle has a vertical slash which closes with a combination of a bakelite button and rayon drawstring. The interior of the waistband is surrounded by a field-grey rayon liner which bears stamped size dimensions, a depot mark of “III B”, a maker’s mark of “BAUCH, WIEN”, and a manufacture date of “1944”. The trousers measure approximately 43 cm across the waistband, with an overall length of 116 cm (when folded on a flat surface). Demonstrating no notable damage or wear, this late-war pair remains in an extremely fine condition.
