Balfour Company) and marked "1/5 10K" on the reverse, measuring 32.5 mm (w) x 34.3 mm inclusive of its integral suspension, intact enamels, contact marks on the reverse, original ribbon suspended from a gilt and red enameled hanger with pinback, the obverse of the hanger inscribed "DISTRICT COMMANDER", the reverse maker marked "BB&B" (Bailey, Banks & Biddle, Philadelphia), near extremely fine.
