"The British Infantry 1660-1945 - The Evolution of a Fighting Force" by Frederick Myatt: hardcover, black cloth cover, the text on the spine in gold-coloured ink, with dust jacket, published by Blandford Press of Poole, Dorset in 1983, printed in the United Kingdom by Biddles Limited of Guildford, distributed in the United States by Sterling Publishing Company Inc. of New York, ISBN 0 7137 1392 5.
