1. Satchel: in green cotton canvas, stamped in black ink "US M L FIELD PROTECTIVE MASK M9A1" on the reverse, hand marked "DUNL" in black ink on the front panel, stamped in black ink "M 11" and "BS11013-8413" on the flap covered by the dual snap closure, inside with an angled pocket.

2. Satchel: in green cotton canvas, triple snap closure with shoulder strap, stamped in black ink "ARMY LIGHTWEAR SERVICE MASK / Training ONLY" on the front, metal grommet on the center back, inside with white cotton patches stitched in place on both sides, along with three khaki dividers, the satchel housing a khaki cotton belt with brass buckle that is stamped "Made in U.S.A.'' on its reverse, the satchel exhibiting soiling on the exterior.

3. Pouch: in green cotton canvas, with dual snap closures, strap with a bronze dual-prong loop for belt attachment on the reverse and name stamped in black ink "BOB CRUICKSHANKS", manufacturer stamped in black ink "J. & A. H Ltd / 1945 / A.F. 0044" on both sides of the flap on the interior wall, soiled.
