Numbered 1796 on February 15, 1923 at Belgrade, documenting the award of the Royal Order of St. Sava, IV Class, to an American citizen, Colonial Secretary Elizabeth Shelley of Washington, D.C., dated July 1, 1923, printed in black ink on an off-white paper stock, the personalized inscriptions in handwritten black ink, measuring 400 mm (w) x 320 mm (h) and folded in half to measure 200 mm (w) x 320 mm (h), with three horizontal foldmarks, extremely fine.
