In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
(Wehrmacht Skizzen und Aquarelle). A superb lot of 23 sketches and hand-painted watercolours, all presented on off-white card stock and paper stock and with some examples double-sided, consisting of paint and pencil scenes of Wehrmacht equipment in the field and presented in technical diagram format, including variations of the Sd. Kfz platform (some showing artillery in tow) and Schwerer Panzerspähwagen (with handwritten captions differentiating models on the technical diagram), both presented in exceptional detail, with additional images of Flak 88 guns in actions with crews, as well as the Panzer I and II on maneuvers during training as the Wehrmacht perfected battlefield techniques on the eve of the Second World war, supplemented by small sketches of infantry in the field with machine guns and a small depiction of a battleship suffering catastrophic damage, most featuring the handwritten signature of Helmet Zischler and dated 1938 and 1939, the largest example measuring 42 cm (w) x 30 cm (h) and the smallest measuring 7 cm (w) x 8.5 cm (h), most demonstrating some discolouration and foxing consistent with age with additional creasing and material fatigue visible to the edges of the larger examples, a fascinating collection of period images produced by a primary observer to the Wehrmacht in overall near extremely fine condition.
