Description

Sash Badge in silver gilt with white enamels and ball finials, centerpiece with seal of the prince rider encircled with “Rainier Grimaldi Prince De Monanco” on obverse, reserve bearing “Principaute De Monaco MCML” (translation MCML =1950), crown suspension and full length neck ribbon attached, medal measuring at 39.96mm (w) x 60.89mm (h) (inclusive of crown suspension) weighing at 37.7 grams, extremely fine. Accompanied by the star of the order, a 16 point silver star bearing centerpiece with seal of the prince rider encircled with “Rainier Grimaldi Prince De Monanco” on obverse. Measuring at 75.81mm (w) x 77.07 mm (h) and weighing at 86 grams, silver hallmarked on pin with boars head, as well as makers marked, toned, very fine.
