In response to evolving domestic opinion, eMedals Inc has made the conscious decision to remove the presentation of German Third Reich historical artifacts from our online catalogue. For three decades, eMedals Inc has made an effort to preserve history in all its forms. As historians and researchers, we have managed sensitive articles and materials with the greatest of care and respect for their past and present social context. We acknowledge the growing sentiments put forth by the Canadian public and have taken proactive actions to address this opinion.

Description
Description
(SA-Wehrmannschaften Schiffchen für Mannschaften). An extremely well-preserved SA-Wehrmannschaft overseas cap, constructed of olive-drab wool. It is fully surrounded by side walls which scallop toward the front, and which are held in place with two pieces of stitching. The crown is flanked on each side by ventilation holes which are reinforced with brown metal grommets. Stitched onto the left side is an insignia consisting of a dark green wool triangular base, likely indicating Kurpfalz district personnel, pinned with a silvered bronze SA eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 45 mm (w) x 40 mm (h) and in lieu of more common embroidered eagles. Pinned onto the peak is a silvered magnetic metal button measuring 23 mm in diameter. A multi-piece green rayon liner fully encompasses the interior, with the crown retaining an intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label bearing a maker’s code of “600” and size mark of “56”, in a “Dienstmütze” style more commonly encountered on SA-Wehrmannschaft peaked caps. The cap measures approximately 29 cm (w) x 11 (h) when folded on a flat surface. Demonstrating no notable damage or wear, this interesting cap remains in an extremely fine condition.
